You can get to Lighthalzen City in Ragnarok Mobile by taking the portal at Einbroch Field found in the Juno region.
Path to Lighthalzen City
- Teleport to Einbroch Field (South of Juno).
- Take bottom left portal to go to Lighthalzen Plain (See above)
- The South Portal on Lighthalzen Plain will take you to Lighthalzen City
