You can get free skill and stat reset items in Ragnarok Mobile by completing the Growth Pack, Pyramid, Payon and Glast Heim Outskirt quests.
Here’s how to get your hands on these free skill and stat reset items. Once you have them, you may want to keep at least one pair per character to set up your Ymir’s Notebook unlimited free resets.

Growth Pack
As you can see you will receive a free Eternal Rock and Skill Reset Rod from opening your Growth Pack (Collected from “Official Events NPC” See Above) at Levels 30 and 40.
You can also purchase additional Eternal Rocks and Skill Reset Rods from the “Event Items NPC” (See Above) for 500,000 Zeny each.
All the above listed free rewards are character based. Additionally both the Eternal Rock and Skill Reset Rod can be deposited into your shared stash. Therefore you could create a new character and level it just for the free reset items.
However as you know, leveling exponentially takes more effort. Hence many players employing this method just aim for the earliest Level 40 reset rewards.
Note: There is an applicable character deletion waiting time and subsequent cool down time.
Pyramid 1F Quest
Once you are Level 55 you can complete the Abnormality on 2F Quest for 1x Eternal Rock and 1x Skill Reset Rod. To start the quest first head to Pyramid 1F. Then speak with Ayrui (See Above).
Ayrui has 3 Quests. You only need to complete the “Abnormality on 2F” Quest for the rewards.
He will ask you to kill 50x Archer Skeletons (Pyramid 2F), give 150x Immortal Heart (You can kill Magnolia in Morroc or just buy them from the exchange) and Kill Marduk Leader. Do a bit more walking back and forth and he will hand over the rewards.
Payon Quest
At Level 57 you can receive 1x Eternal Rock from completing the Mentor License Quest. It is quite an extensive quest, but an entertaining one.
To begin, first head to Payon. There you will meet Gadar (See Above), a very eager novice. Speak to him and begin your lil journey. For more details see our guide on Adventure Rank C and Unlocking Ymir’s Notebook.
Glast Heim Outskirt Quest
At Level 76 you can claim another 1x Skill Reset Rod for completing the Planes Traveler Quest. First head to Glast Heim Outskirt. Next find and speak to Shylyen (See Above). Hand over 30x Hand of God (From Ferus or just buy it from the exchange) and collect your reward.
